We want to know more about the background of the people who want to join our Expedition programme. This is one of the main steps you will need to take during your application process.

After filling out this form and the Health and Well-being from, we will review them and contact you if we need any clarifications. If you are approved, we will send you instructions to continue the process.

If you have any additional questions, you can write to volunteers@raleighcostarica.org. Our staff will be happy to support you in every step of this process. 

Use of data. The data provided by you in this form is for the sole use of Raleigh Costa Rica staff. It will not be used for any other purpose than to build a record of our participants. We safeguard the data for your own security.
